Role Purpose

As a Client Relations Executive, your focus will be tailored towards catering to the expat community in different parts of the world that form our customer base. Providing them with the best insurance products, services, and prices. You'll play a crucial role in establishing contact with inbound inquiries and connecting with clients, all while working closely with our Client Relations Managers.

This role is a fast-track on becoming the next Client Relations Manager at Alliance!

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Forge and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients, as well as internal colleagues and external partners.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct customer analysis and deliver solutions that align with both the client's objectives and Alliance's vision.
  • Strategic Management: Ensure our company's processes and procedures are efficiently followed.
  • Representation: Act as a brand ambassador for Alliance, promoting our corporate visions, values, and identity.

 

What We Are Looking For

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal, enabling you to express ideas persuasively.
  • Passion for Sales: If you're eager to build a rewarding career in sales, this role is your chance to shine!
  • Solution-Oriented: Ability to uncover needs, present solutions, and handle objections while nurturing prospective and existing international client relationships.
  • Microsoft Proficiency: Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to enhance your daily tasks.
