Role Purpose
The Content Creator is responsible in shaping and executing a comprehensive content strategy, aimed at enhancing the organization's online presence, engage the target audience, and elevate brand awareness and perception. This individual is tasked with producing high-quality, relevant, and shareable content across various digital platforms.
In this role, the Content Creator collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that content aligns seamlessly with overarching marketing objectives, contributing significantly to the organization's digital narrative.
The main targeted purpose of the Content Creator is to increase awareness of Alliance Group brands ultimately leading to increased direct enquiries.
Duties & Responsibilities
Content Strategy
- Develop and implement a content marketing strategy that aligns with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and topics relevant to the target audience.
Social Media
- Plan, create, and schedule compelling social media posts across platforms.
- Monitor social media channels for trends and engagement opportunities.
- Analyze social media metrics to optimize content performance.
Blogs and Articles
- Craft and edit engaging blog posts and articles for the organization's website and external publications.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and depth of content.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve discoverability.
Vlogs and Video Content
- Conceptualize, script, and produce vlogs and video content for online distribution.
- Collaborate with the video production team to ensure high-quality visuals and storytelling.
- Stay informed about video content trends and innovations.
Web Content
- Manage and update the organization's website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Work closely with the web development team to enhance user experience.
- Implement content personalization and segmentation strategies.

Experience: Experience in content marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse content types.
Skills: Exceptional writing and editing skills, proficiency in social media management tools, Experience with video production and editing tools and strong project management and organizational skills.
