Role Purpose
The Client Service Specialist is the frontline of our communication with clients, partners, and stakeholders. The objective is to provide flawless customer service based on superior product knowledge, understand customer needs, and find positive solutions, all resulting in customer expectations being exceeded.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Provide excellent support to clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring the customer experience exceeds expectations.
- Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with existing clients, external brokers and internal stakeholders.
- Product Knowledge: Understand the products available as a subject matter expert and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services offered to members, supporting excellent customer service delivery.
- Administration: Carry-out administrative processes effectively, efficiently, and with the highest levels of accuracy.

- Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal, enabling you to express ideas persuasively.
- Critical Thinking: The ability to interpret, understand, and respond to customer needs to provide the best solution for clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Time Management: Exceptional time management skills, energy, and the ability to pursue a course of action to accomplish goals. This includes triaging incoming work and collaborating with colleagues, prioritizing appropriately.
- Attention to detail: A high level of accuracy and an eye for detail. Accepts responsibility for quality of work and delivers work without error.
- Microsoft Proficiency: Experience using Microsoft Office or similar business applications.
